Kara was appointed Chief Commercial Officer in 2016. Previously, she was Commercial & Wholesale Director at the company, a role she held from 2011 following a move from Blacks Leisure Group where she was Category Director - Clothing. Previously Kara held senior commercial and merchandising positions at a range of retail brands, including Woolworths Group PLC, Etam, River Island and Topshop.
Chloe joined Joules as Creative Director in 2005. She has built the business’ design team to where it is now with huge success and this team in its entirety delivers inspirational and fresh collections year after year. Within her role, Chloe directs and oversees the creative vision for photography and the visual aspect of the online and retail stores. Prior to joining Joules, Chloe was a Senior Designer at Jasper Conran.
Andrea joined Joules as Retail and Shows Director in 2012, following almost 10 years at Monsoon Accessorize as Senior Retail Controller. She has previously held roles at Etam, Arcadia Group and Warehouse.
Sallie joined the company in 2012 bringing over 20 years’ experience in HR. Prior to joining Joules, Sallie was HR Director at Claire’s Europe in 2010, and previous to that was Head of HR at American retailer Gap Inc.
Ralph was appointed Joules’ Director of E-commerce in October 2014. Throughout his career, he has worked for a number of well-known retail brands, including Barbour, Blacks Leisure Group and luxury cycle apparel retailer Rapha.
Lysa joined Joules as Chief Customer Officer in September 2016. In her role she will be responsible for the business’s marketing and ecommerce strategies, enabling the business to develop its thinking on increasing customer value with a true multi-channel perspective. Prior to joining the business, Lysa was Chief Commercial Officer at Holland & Barrett, where she was responsible for buying and trading as well as ecommerce, marketing, CRM and PR. She has also held senior roles with Orange, T-Mobile and RAC.
Penny was appointed European Wholesale Director at Joules in July 2015, having previously held the role of Head of Wholesale UK at the business. Penny joined Joules in 2010, when she joined the company as Senior Merchandiser before becoming Commercial Manager. She previously worked at Next Group PLC and BonMarché.
In a career spanning more than 20 years working both agency and client side, Ronny was appointed Joules' Marketing Director in 2009. From September 2016 Ronny has taken on a newly created role as Director of Creative Services overseeing all creative output and directing the inhouse design agency. Previously Ronny held the positon of Marketing Director at Principles, The Body Shop and Harrods.
